v7.0.8

  • Added keypoint density option for Relative Orientation: normal/high.

  • Added support for horizontal and vertical control points in Absolute Orientation.

  • Added recommended coordinate systems (WGS 84 UTM).

  • Optimized resubmission options for different scenarios, with adjustments to mesh and texture parameters.

  • Fixed multi-origin product tiling output not strictly following boundary lines.

  • Fixed coordinate system conversion failure for point cloud-only modeling in the reconstruction interface.

  • Fixed progress status mismatch and abnormal state display issues.

  • Fixed seam optimization not working when 2D/3D mesh tiling is enabled.

1 Keypoint Density setting

To improve tie point matching in low-texture areas, a High keypoint density option was added. Use: Submit ATMore SettingKeypoints DensityHigh.

Note: High density reduces AT speed by more than 2× but increases tie point count for challenging datasets.

Recommended parameters for weak texture orthophoto scenes.

Keypoints Density--High

Image Paris Filter Level--Medium

It is recommended to use for high-accuracy GPS and fill in the camera accuracy. Low-accuracy GPS as bundle constraint input will affect the overall accuracy of aerial triangulation.

Default parameters for AT, the calibrated photo rate is low (left side). Recommended parameters for AT, all photos calibrated (right side).

2 Planar and elevation control points in Absolute Orientation

Control points now support type settings:

  • Full: X, Y, Z used.

  • Horizontal: X, Y only.

  • Vertical: Z only. Use: Edit Control PointsControl Point List Category → Double-click to change type.

Automatically suggests WGS 84 UTM based on ENU input.

4 Tile resubmit setting

Improved geometric, texture, and water-fill settings for re-submission.

Note: Using Remove shadow may cause misprojection.

Remove shadow: Left: Before optimization, right: optimized.

Texture consistency: Left: Before optimization, right: optimized.

5 Multi-origin tiling output optimization

Ensures tiles are output strictly within the defined boundary.

Left: Before optimization, right: optimized.

6 Fixed point cloud modeling issue

Resolved failures when changing coordinate systems during point cloud-only reconstruction.

7 Fixed product status display issue

Corrected inconsistencies between displayed failed tiles and actual missing model parts.

8 Fixed seam optimization issue

Ensured Seam Optimization works for 2D/3D reconstruction to eliminate tile gaps.
